The Webster University ID Card is the official identification card for the students, faculty and staff of Webster University.
Students enrolled in online courses who are seeking a Webster University Student ID card can log into WorldClassRoom and complete the request process within the Online Student Commons resource area.
Once logged into WorldClassRoom, select the “course” titled Online Student Commons from your course list.
NOTE: Students must be enrolled in an online course for the current term (in process as of the current date) in order to see/access the Online Student Commons.
Once inside the Online Student Commons, click on Assignments in the Course Tools menu on the left of the page, then access the “assignment” titled Webster Student ID Card Request (Optional). Follow the instructions, which include providing your basic information, a copy of a government-issued photo ID, and a photo image of yourself which will be printed on your Webster student ID card. The cost for replacement is $15.00 per card. Students can pay for replacements by charging them to their student account. Faculty and Staff can pay for replacements using a credit card.
- The replacement fee is waived in case of legal name change, status change (i.e. student to staff, Undergraduate to Graduate) or if a student has left and returned to the University after more than 1 year of unenrollment.
