What is Money for Textbooks and am I Eligible?

The Money for Textbooks program allows students to receive an advance on their financial aid which can be used to purchase their textbooks in a timely fashion. In order to be eligible, Webster University graduate or undergraduate students need to be enrolled at one of the St. Louis metro area campuses (Main, Gateway, Westport, Wing Haven) or in an online course. Students who have undisbursed financial aid in excess of their tuition and fees may be eligible for up to $600.00 to use towards the program.

Students using the Money for Textbooks program for online courses must purchase materials through Follett Bookstore. All applications must be submitted by Thursday of your first week of classes for each term and textbooks and supplies must be obtained through this program prior to 5 p.m. on the Friday of your first week of classes for each term. No textbooks may be obtained through this program after these cutoff dates. For more information or to complete the online application see this webpage.
